Freedom Solar is a top-10 U.S. residential and commercial solar panel and battery installer. I’m the first/only PM working on their proprietary project management platform. Used by hundreds of employees, hundreds of millions of dollars flow through this tool. I implemented Agile development methods speeding time to market, developed a prioritized and sequenced roadmap, and shipped dozens of features driving operational efficiencies.
